Is The Flight Portal built for our flight department?

Yes. It is set up for your aircraft, your crew and your logo, and it grows with you: sections are added and refined as your crew uses it.

Does it work on iPads and phones?

Yes. The portal works in any modern browser on phone, tablet or desktop, and can be added to the home screen like an app.

How is our information protected?

Every account signs in with a password plus Microsoft Authenticator. Vault passwords are encrypted with AES-256, and everything is hosted on our own servers with daily, weekly and monthly backups.

Are there per-user fees?

No. Hosting is billed yearly at a flat rate, with unlimited email accounts on your domain.

Can you also manage our email, VPN and iPads?

Yes. Many flight departments start with the portal and add secure email, crew VPN and iPad management, so one team looks after all of it.
