Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Two Koi Designs website and the services you buy from Two Koi Designs, a Nomad Ventures, LLC company ("we", "us"). Orders placed in our client portal (2kd.ninja/ninja/) are also covered by the terms shown at checkout.

Website design projects

Design work starts after we agree on a written quote that lists what's included, the price, payment schedule and timeline. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. You're responsible for having the rights to the text, photos and logos you give us.

Hosting and domains

• Hosting and domain services are billed in advance for the billing cycle you choose, and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in the client portal.
• Domain names are registered in your name, through our registrar partner, and are subject to the registry's rules. Domain registrations and renewals can't be refunded once processed.
• You agree not to use our hosting for anything illegal, for spam, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend accounts that put our servers or other customers at risk.
• We keep regular backups as a courtesy, but you should keep your own copy of anything important.

Payments and refunds

Invoices are due by the date shown. Unpaid services may be suspended. New hosting accounts can be cancelled for a full refund of the hosting fee within 30 days of the first order. Domain fees, setup work already done and design deposits are not refundable. To ask for a refund, open a ticket in the client portal.

Support

Support requests go through the client portal or the contact form. We aim to answer within one business day and handle outages as quickly as possible, 24/7.

Liability

We work hard to keep your site online and secure, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
